How do I book?
Fill out the new client form, then request your dates in the portal. You'll get a confirmation once approved — usually the same day. Pet profiles, schedule, invoices and visit reports all live in one place. See the full step-by-step →
What areas do you serve?
We serve Las Vegas and the surrounding valley. Outside that radius, reach out anyway — we may be able to cover you or refer someone we trust.
Can you give medications or injections?
Yes — oral meds, topicals and injections including insulin, at no extra charge. Just note the schedule in your pet's profile.
What's your cancellation policy?
A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Cancellations need at least 72 hours' notice before the scheduled service. If you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, the deposit is forfeited. You can cancel in the client portal or by calling or texting (725) 346-5632.
